Investing in our employees not only enhances their potential but also contributes to our collective success.SUMMARY OF POSITIONThe Project Manager Diver position has authority, responsibility, and accountability for ensuring assigned projects are executed professionally and in a timely and safe manner. To fulfill these obligations, Project Manager Divers must satisfy contractual requirements, internal procedures and standards, and established financial performance metrics.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for projects of varying size and complexity from inception to completion.Takes an active role in project planning, project quality and project profitability.Responsible for project schedules, budgets, and timely completion of projects.Ensures accurate client billings and monitors outstanding accounts receivable.Directs and/or performs field inspection and evaluation of structures in compliance with established procedures and standards.Directs and/or performs testing of materials, interprets test results, and incorporates results into reports to ensure project specification compliance.Directs and/or performs complex engineering computations involving conventional engineering practices.Directs and/or performs the preparation of comprehensive engineering documents including inspection reports, design plans and specifications.Directs and supervises the work of engineers, technicians, commercial divers, drafters, and administrative staff.Leads internal and external project meetings and works to actively resolve project issues.Provides leadership in client management, proposal preparation, project scoping and estimating project costs.Actively maintains meaningful relationships with clients.Actively promotes a safe work culture while upholding and enforcing safety standards.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree and/or master's degree in civil, structural or ocean engineering from an accredited four-year university.Minimum of 6years of relevant engineering experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, WORK ENVIRONMENT & SAFETYThe duties of this position require the employee to regularly sit, stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and talk and hear.
