Your Role : The Global Executive Account Manager (GEAM) is leading the strategic management of one of our most important customers in the semiconductor materials space. This role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer of our Electronics division, with 1-3 direct reports and 4-6 matrix reports; which include Key Account Managers of internal Business Units, Customer Quality, and Contract Management. The GEAM ensures seamless collaboration between internal business units (BUs) to deliver a consistent and exceptional customer experience. The GEAM plays a vital role in aligning pricing strategies, developing standardized solutions for common challenges, leveraging global strengths, and driving innovation to achieve a differentiated service level. This position requires sound commercial expertise and experience as it closely collaborates with the customers' & our executives. At the same time it provides a unique learning opportunity and experience. There is a strong preference to have this position located in Chandler, Arizona or Portland, Oregon. This position will require travel to various manufacturing sites and customer locations globally.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical discipline12+ years of experience in managing major complex and demanding accounts, promoting a customer-centric mindsetTrack record of driving commercial success in the U.S. Semiconductor IndustrySound managerial experience and leadership skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on strategic prioritization and executionExcellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with both management and operational teamsSelf-motivated, dynamic, and adaptable, with a collaborative mindset to drive change and innovationTechnical acumen to translate customer needs into differentiation opportunities, manage relations to turn them into realityThe candidate must be adaptable to a fast-paced environment and capable of managing multiple prioritiesPreferred Qualifications:
