The ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting experienceBachelor's Degree required (Accounting/Finance preferred)Some public accounting experience (preferred)Experience with ASC 842/Lease Accounting experience (preferred)What You'll Be Doing:
Participate in month-end close tasks (prepare journal entries, reconciliations, etc.)Prepare consolidated financial reports on a quarterly basisAssist with preparing monthly reporting package for senior leadersAssist with annual internal & external auditsAssist with ASC 842, lease accounting, for buildings, vehicles and equipment leases, as neededAssist with fixed assets, as well as implementing a new fixed asset system in the futureDevelop cross departmental relationships to ensure uniform reporting methods; Identify and correct variances as neededHandle ad hoc requests in a timely manner
