QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates should possess:5+ years of professional work experience3+ years of sourcing experience in a corporation or agency setting (preferably both)Bachelor's degree, or equivalent life and military/business experienceProficient with Microsoft Office, or equivalentProficient with Social Media and digital toolsFamiliar with current laws/legal requirement concerning recruitment and employment, EEO, ADA, labor relations, etc.
