Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to fill in for our current HR person who will be on maternity leave starting in November.
This role will last for approximately 4-5 months. You will be the go-to person for the co-owner who runs the HR department, also known as the Care & Culture department. Your main responsibilities include ensuring compliance, managing day-to-day employee relations, and handling various HR functions. Key responsibilities include: Day-to-day employee relations, Filing, Employee requests, Onboarding/Offboarding paperwork, Unemployment/workers comp claims.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of HR experience
Onboarding/Offboarding experience
Compliance paperwork
Unemployment/workers comp claims
Employee relations experience
Experience supporting multiple departments/managers
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Simsbury, CT.
