In this position you will work at customer's sites in and around Baltimore.

As an Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving innovation and sustainability.Working closely with our customers, you'll create advanced equipment and chemicaltreatment solutions across various industries. Beyond managing the sales lifecycle,you'll serve as a technical advisor, understanding customer needs and deliveringcreative solutions to improve energy and water efficiency, enhance profitability, andprotect our natural resources.

Key Responsibilities:•Navigating Treatment Complexities: Harness your knowledge and skills tonavigate the complexities of water treatment, ensuring customer safety andadherence to environmental regulations through the application of cutting-edgetechnologies.•Field-based Adventure: Step outside the office into the field, working oncommercial sites with field test equipment and water treatment tools. Embraceproactive problem-solving and innovation.

•Team Collaboration for Growth: Join a collaborative team, sharing best practicesand creating customized solutions in daily meetings. Partner with colleagues ofdiverse backgrounds to enhance account growth with exceptional solutions.

Salary: $85,000.00 to $105,000.00, plus Sales Incentive Plan

Qualifications

Core Requirements:•Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, orMechanical), Biology, Environmental Science, Technology, or Chemistry.Equivalent experience in the field will also qualify.•Ability and willingness to work in a range of environments, including heavyindustrial facilities, light manufacturing facilities, and commercial & institutionalproperties.•Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.Other Useful Skills & Abilities:•Experience in direct sales, customer service, account management, or industryoperations is a plus!•Proficiency in computer skills, including Google Docs, Google Sheets andGoogle Slides•Inclusive communication and technical (computer) skills will come in handy.
