Position Location:
Tampa, FL (On-Site)About the Role:The Program Manager will be responsible for all activities to include support, administration, and all tasks associated with the management of the overall system support services effort.Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:Conduct a program review of all PWS tasks, at a minimum semi-annually, with the PEO SDA COR and other invitees at locations (if not virtual).Shall be the on-site representative, liaison, and primary point of interface with personnel as well as with the Government Technical Representative and COR.The Program Manager shall monitor personnel workload, address performance concerns, inform the COR when a change in personnel occurs or of any vacancies, and take action to ensure issues are remedied and open positions are filled by a fully qualified individual.Will provide to the unit POC and to the COR a list of all on-location staff, contact information (to include name, office, telephone number(s), and email addresses (NIPR/SIPR).Assist with proposal development, if necessary.Perform other duties, as assigned.
Experience:Minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing a large team of forward-deployed field service representatives, engineers and data integrators with experience similar in required tasks, scope, complexity, and duration to the tasks required.Five (5) years' Experience in USSOCOM assigned organizations, as military, Government Civilian, or contractor.
Education:Experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:Project Manager Professional (PMP) or equivalent DAWIA certification.
Other Required Skills & Abilities:Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Security Clearance:Top Secret/SCI Eligibility required.
US Citizenship:
