Requirements

Responsibilities:

Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and management of all network equipment (Fortinet, Cisco, HP/Aruba), including routers, switches, firewalls voice servers, gateways, circuits, and wiring.Perform system work on Windows and Linux environments, ensuring effective operation of backup systems and providing baseline knowledge for server provisioning.Design and implement network solutions, including basic network design and SIP call flow analysis, while adhering to engineering specifications and industry best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve network and UC issues, create functional and technical design documentation, and establish network standards.Collaborate with vendors, clients, carriers, and technical staff on network implementation, optimization, security, and ongoing management.Develop and maintain Quality of Service (QoS) policies, manage DHCP and static routing, and work with vendors to enhance 3rd party UC integrations.Utilize network monitoring tools such as Logic Monitor to oversee network health and performance.Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in network technologies, with a focus on deployment, support, and management.Experience with Cisco or Fortinet equipment is required. Experience with HP/Aruba is a plus. Training will be provided on equipment, if required.Experience with Windows Servers is required. Experience with Linux is a plus.Proficiency in network design, including low-level design details for UC solutions, SIP call flow analysis, and migration planning.Basic understanding of routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP), layer 2 and layer 3 technologies, MPLS, and VPNs.Experience with backup systems and disaster recovery solutions is a plus.Familiarity with hypervisors is a plus.Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.Cisco CCNA or CCNP, Fortinet NSE 4 or NSE 5, or CompTIA Network+ certification is preferred.Benefits
