We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Business Development Support I to join our team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA – HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Assists in performing core activities supporting the life cycle of sales.

Participates in market research to support the development and marketing of sales opportunities.

May coordinate with internal business units to research and gather information necessary to track current clients and potential targets.

Engages with CRM systems required to track client activities and systems used to run sales analysis and create sales and marketing presentations.

Assists in supporting new clients and ensures all aspects related to client onboarding are completed.

Supports Business Development analytics, tracks individual targets and coordinates with sales officers, relationship managers and clients.

Assists with client assessments to determine ownership structure, documentation requirements and proposal development, as needed.

Supports and facilitates legal/business reviews for potential opportunities and prospects.

Focuses on building a strong technological expertise to facilitate administration, KYC due diligence, marketing, prospecting and new client onboarding.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required.

0-3 years of total work experience in sales preferred. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
