Responsibilities:
Provide necessary guidance to ServiceNow resources, on Implementation, Integration, Data transfer, Support and Development including enhancement requestsDevelop/administer technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond.Guide the team in having the right level of details in the design artifacts.Review the design and code to ensure it aligns to customer expectation and follows industry standardsGood practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform while making informed recommendations to process users.Apply innovative technology to business processes in order to develop new solutions and troubleshoot issuesConsult with business analyst/Process Leaders to develop appropriate technical solutions in ServiceNowFollow up on outstanding development needs and provides timely status reports to the project managerAdvise on options, risk and impacts on business/ITIL processesCommunicate technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiencesSkills Overview:
ServiceNow platform implementation, development, support, enhancementServiceNow Discovery Configuration, Run Book Automation preferredKnowledge of web based development languages; specifically JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSSStrong customer service and excellent verbal/written communicationExcellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skillsUnderstand full ITSM application lifecycleITIL certified desiredServiceNow Sourcing and procurement operations (SPO) knowledge or implementation experience is desirable.Strong CSM and integration knowledge is a must.Experience:
12 to 15 years experienced in administration/implementation/configuration of an ITSM solution in medium to large organization5 to 8 years experience in administration/implementation/configuration of ServiceNow in the areas of ITxM (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM), CSM (not limited to), SPO (desired) and Scoped Application solutionExperienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations, Converting Business Requirements into Technical SolutionsMust have experience in integrating ServiceNow with other 3rd party systems or inhouse tool developed by customer's in house team.Lead at least a couple of Implementation projects in different ServiceNow modules including Scoped applications and 1 complete Implementation lifecycle for ServiceNowServiceNow Sourcing and procurement operations (SPO) knowledge or implementation experience is desirable.Past work experience with industry leading providers of ITSM toolsMust have experience in drafting design, present to architecture board and obtaining sign off.Should be able to decide what is the right level of detail in low level designCertifications - Certified application developer, Certified implementation specialist - CSM, ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (preferred)
Salary Range:
$115,260-$159,324 a year
