We are seeking a dedicated locums Internal Medicine physician for a three month, ongoing assignment in Louisville, Kentucky, focusing on a geriatric demographic. Provide comprehensive patient care in an outpatient setting, primarily for older adults.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans tailored to geriatric needs.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records. Qualifications:
MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a similar specialty required.
Must have or be able to obtain an active State Medical License for Kentucky. Board Eligibility required; Board Certification preferred.
Current DEA number for schedule II-V controlled substances.
Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required within the first 90 days of employment.
