Trilogy Federal is seeking a highly skilled and motivated

Senior Developer

to join our team. As a Senior Developer, extensive experience is required in web-based and client-server application development, process automation, and integration of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software,

specifically ServiceNow . This role requires expertise in relational database management systems (RDBMS) and structured query language (SQL), with a focus on developing, modifying, and maintaining applications and scripts that enhance operational efficiency and meet user needs. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience in systems development methodologies, and a proven track record of working on complex projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain software using agile methodologies such as SAFeCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design, and implement featuresDevelop and modify web-based applications, client-server applications, and OS scripts for process automation.Utilize relational database management systems (RDBMS) and Structured Query Language (SQL) to design and implement solutions.Plan, document, code, modify, test, and implement custom applications and scripts.Integrate commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software with existing architecture.Document test conditions, create test data, and perform program testing; analyze results to ensure the highest quality output.Conduct thorough program and production problem analysis to identify and resolve issues.Apply Systems Development Methodology (SDM) for designing, building, and enhancing applications.Collaborate with users and stakeholders to define system requirements, draft program specifications, and align technology solutions with business needs.Work on multiple project requests simultaneously, managing priorities and deadlines effectively.Research emerging technologies and provide recommendations for system enhancements.Coordinate system testing and assist users with acceptance testing to ensure successful implementation.Assist in the development and maintenance of data and process models.Participate in developing work plans and organizing project resources for optimal performance.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peersPerform unit and integration testing and develop automated test casesTroubleshoot and debug software issuesStay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software developmentMinimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred).Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in programming applications and developing custom solutions.Working experience with ServiceNowActive ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) & ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (OR 8 years reciprocal experience with ServiceNow)Experience implementing and integrating commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) softwareExtensive experience with relational databases and SQL.Proven ability to plan, design, develop, and maintain web-based and client-server applications.Experience with system analysis, design, and project management, with a detailed knowledge of application development and implementation.Strong documentation skills, with experience documenting test conditions, analyzing test results, and troubleshooting application issues.Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.Strong understanding of software design principles, algorithms, and data structuresExperience with Agile development methodologiesExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to obtain a Public Trust ClearancePreferred Qualifications:

Nuvolo Clinical EAM Platform experience - Strongly preferredNoSQL, JAVA, Javascript, and/or RESTful experienceStrong proficiency in programming languages such as Java or C#Experience with web development frameworks such as Angular or ReactServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Vulnerability Response, and/or ServiceNow Certified Administrator.Federal Enterprise Architect Certification (FEAC) or equivalent substitutionVA or VHA experienceBenefits (including but not limited to):

$100,000 - $125,000 a year

This range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as Trilogy Federal conducts an individual equity review for every candidate based on experience, location, education, industry experience, and comparisons to internal pay bands.
