Job Title: Business Analyst/Solutions DeveloperLocation: Tempe, ClientDuration: 12 Months
Hybrid : 4 days on site, 1 day remote
Position Summary:
Develop internal business solutions and applications
to improve daily workflow for teams.Work on a team to
gather needs, document requirements, design a solution, build, test, and deploy the solution.Build up utomation capabilities including business intelligence, data capture, workflow and data base integration using but not limited to Power Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft Project Web App and Power BI platforms Identify specific business intelligence, algorithms, and flowchart to create new software programs based on business opportunities.Essential / Key Job Responsibilities:
Effectively communicate with cross-functional team members and managementTranslate the functional capabilities to technical requirements based on outlined needsDesign, build, test, and deploy on the developed capabilitiesResponsible for developing PowerApps and model-driven apps (Power Automation, Power Virtual Agents, Cortana, Azure)Document existing data environment, technical and design documents and assist in creating end-user and technical documentationStay up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systemsResponsible for developing, enhancing, and sustaining automated tools including BI capabilitiesssist in communicating new features released to usersRequired Qualifications:
bachelor's degree, preferably in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related Engineering or business disciplinesStrong willingness and enthusiasm to develop technical skills,
such as application building, data visualization, and process reengineeringExcellent communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitudeWorking knowledge of software engineering practices, techniques and processes and basic knowledge of technology trends and domain expertiseExperience in data visualization, interactive dashboards, ad hoc reporting, and data modeling toolsMicrosoft O365 proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and VisioExperience creating detailed reports and giving presentationsExceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skillsSelf-driven team playerPreferred Qualifications:
Experienced in
development of canvas and model driven Power App Enterprise-level solutions including data model creation, process automation, report and dashboard development, and system configurationExperience in
Power BI Data preparation and writing the complex calculate-columns and complex measure expressionsExperience in
UX designExperience in
Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate (built least 4-5 and solved complex workflow problems)Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use sight, and use hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects, tools, controls, and office equipment.The employee frequently is required to verbally communicate with other associates.The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel or crouch.Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be in an open cubicle environment. Candidate must be able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
