Job Description:•Collaborate with UX/UI designers and stakeholders to design and develop AEM components, templates, and workflows that meet project requirements•Customize and extend AEM functionality using technologies like Java, HTL (HTML Template Language), and JavaScript•Integrate AEM with various third-party systems and platforms using APIs and other integration methods•Configure AEM settings, permissions, and workflows based on project needs and best practices•Assist in content migration and authoring, ensuring seamless transition and adherence to content guidelines and best practices•Optimize AEM performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, improving code efficiency, and implementing caching strategies•Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end and back-end developers, to ensure a cohesive and efficient implementation of digital solutions•Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to team members and stakeholders•Document technical specifications, system architecture, and development processes for future reference and knowledge sharing•Conduct code reviews and participate in quality assurance activities to ensure code meets established standards and project requirementsDigital : Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Journey Optimizer
