Our client is a leading advertising agency, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Director to join their team. This position will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and overseeing the successful execution of marketing campaigns for a
pharmaceutical brand.Experience with pharma clients is necessary.
Start Date: ASAPDuration: until end of year (potential for full-time)Location: NYC hybridRate: $50-65/hr
Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring excellent communication and building strong relationships- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, and production to develop effective marketing strategies- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels- Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for optimization- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members (Account Supervisors)- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in account management
Requirements:- Proven experience as an Account Director or similar role within an advertising agency or related industry- Strong knowledge of launch campaigns and
TV production processes is preferred- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas to clients- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
