Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Developer / Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday Extend and Integrations, with a strong focus on developing custom applications and integrations.
Key Responsibilities Qualification:
Design, develop, and deploy custom applications and integrations using Workday Extend.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain Workday Extend reports, dashboards, and data integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday Extend applications and integrations.
Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements in all development activities.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users.
Stay updated with the latest Workday Extend features, trends, and best practices.
Participate in cross-functional teams for system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
8+ years of experience as a Workday Extend and Integration Analyst or a similar role.
Workday Certification in Integrations or other relevant modules preferred.
Experience in middleware and integration platforms is required.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
Preferred experience in developing Workday Extend solutions for the Employee Talent & Performance Management module.
