Job Summary
CAMP Systems is currently in search of a Human Resources journalist to join our growing Human Resources team! As an HR Generalist, you will partner with the Vice President, Human Resources and the Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage a variety of human resources projects across all of CAMP’s businesses and subsidiaries. You will work closely with HR, Executives, and stakeholders to ensure the successful planning, execution and completion of HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong Human Resources skills, deep understanding of human resources principles and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
Manage the immigration process for all foreign nationals in need of immigration processing including but not limited to H1-B extensions, annual H1-B lottery process, J1 Visas OPT-stem processing etc.Manage our HRIS system – be the guru in reporting, system administration, updates and authenticity of data in the system. Prior UKG experience required.Be willing to jump in and do whatever is needed to ensure HR initiatives are being taken care of. Must have a rollup your sleeve mentality.Facilitate HR change management processes.Maintain accurate project documentation, including regular status updates and presentations to the stake holders.Build a strong consultative relationship with assigned client groups. Act as key HR point of contact, trusted advisor and sounding board for managers and employees.Provide counsel and guidance to employees and managers on sensitive HR issues and concerns with a focus on problem-resolution and providing excellent customer service.Ensure AA and EEOC compliance and reporting is conducted on an annual basis.Manage all of the reporting and auditing process during the specified time.Audit payroll in Ulti Pro on a bi-weekly basis.Desired Skills & Experience
3 - 5 years prior experience in Human Resources, Immigration Administration and Employee Relations management.Previous experience with UKG required.Demonstrated ability in leadership, team building, time management, accountability and problem solving.Ability to champion change.Must be self-motivated, results driven with a strong background in Ulti Pro and human resources.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to travel (20%).
