Overview

We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Operations Manager to join our program providing support for health insurance plans and medical services.

Responsibilities

This individual will manage the process design to improve the efficiences and quality of complex case review on a help desk team supporting inquiries about health insurance plans and medical care. This team will be working in a federal setting.

Qualifications

7+ years experience in process design for a help desk/service desk environment in a healthcare settingExperience in solution developmentExperience in formulating problem statementsExperience developing analysis methods/approachesKnowledge of HIPPA requirements and/or Protected Health Information (PHI) rules and regulationsAbility to obtain and maintain Public TrustUS CitizenshipAbout Highlight
