To Apply for this Job Click HereOur client, a prestigious university based in Boston, MA, is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to work in the Student Accounting office of the VP Finance for on a temporary basis . This is a full-time, on-site position. Compensation for this role is $20 per hour . Responsible for processing student account payments, including cash, check, and credit card payments, and for daily balancing of a cash drawer.Provide customer assistance in person, and through e- mail to students, parents, other University offices, and outside agencies in response to billing and payment questions.Process all inquiries, interpret, and resolve account problems, and complete student account settlements.Process incoming daily work which may include inquiries regarding special invoicing, 1098-T tax statements, medical insurance waivers, refund requests, and other account analysis projects as assigned.Requirements:
Effective oral and written communication skillsDetail oriented, demonstrating accuracy and quality of work outputWork, both independently and in conjunction with others, effectively and cooperatively in a small, collegial team environment.
