Manager of Digital Operations

The Manager of Digital Operations leads technology implementations for all digital initiatives, maintains data integrity, and measures performance for current digital platforms. Help manage the execution, optimization, and performance of donation and email campaigns across various digital platforms. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, drive efficiency, scalability, and excellence in digital platform delivery. Facilitate internal and external communications between the national office, its regions, groups, and chapters, ensuring consistency in technologies and digital tools. Provide oversight of the web portal (intranet and extranet), integrations with the public website, Salesforce, and assist with change management, customer support, and training as needed.

Responsibilities:Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and other strategic leadership to prioritize deliverables, build timelines, and deliver products to support annual planning goals.Coordinate with the IT Department on data security, database and application administration, user roles/permissions/access, etc.Manage relationships with outside vendors, setting priorities for digital deliverables.Initiate new projects based on organizational priorities and needs to advance technology-based communication.Introduce new and maintain current digital integrations to the national website to advance the organization's mission and engage members, non-members, donors, and potential donors.Implement and integrate third-party donation and eCommerce platforms and continually ensure that systems are up to date.Ensures all digital communications- fundraising forms and emails-conform to the latest digital technologies and internal requirementsAct as leading subject matter expert in Marketing Cloud data, contributing to overall organizational Data Governance.Supervise two employees in support of Digital Operations functions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Computer Science, Marketing or related education preferred.5-8 years of experience managing and developing web-based products (websites and standalone applications).Previous experience managing staff, consultants and/or vendors.In-depth knowledge of website creation, usability, technology, software, and best practices.Ability to hand-code HTML and CSS when needed, experience with API integrations, working knowledge of JavaScript and SQL.Experience with Salesforce.Proficiency in using data analytics tools and identify optimization opportunities.Comfortable presenting in boardroom meetings and to C-Level executives.Innovative thinker with knowledge of cutting-edge technology and its applications that can be leveraged for success.If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
