Product ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Product Manager with experience in Business Analysis & Planning Requirements Gathering Agile and Product Backlog Management. This role requires a strategic problem solver who can drive product development and align it with business goals.Cognizant Digital Practice

We take an Experience centered approach which uses human insights to take ideas from vision to outcome and building end to end experience led solutions that enables brands to transform their customer and employee experiences using design, marketing, and commerce capabilities.Roles & Responsibilities:* Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.* Oversee the creation and maintenance of the product backlog prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and customer input.* Provide detailed business analysis and planning to support product strategy and roadmap development.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering design and marketing to ensure seamless product delivery.* Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with customers to capture and document product needs and specifications.* Apply Agile methodologies to manage product development including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.* Monitor and analyze product performance metrics making data-driven decisions to optimize product features and user experience.* Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of product goals and requirements.* Develop and present product plans progress reports and performance metrics to senior management and customers.* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations particularly within the Pharmacy Benefit Management domain.* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality efficiency and customer satisfaction.* Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.* Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.Qualifications:* Possess a Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or an equivalent.* Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in product management with a focus on Business Analysis & Planning Requirements Gathering Agile and Product Backlog Management.* Exhibit excellent communication teamwork and leadership skills.* Show proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.* Have a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.* Display strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.* Be adept at customer management and conflict resolution.* Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.* Possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products.* Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multifaceted environment.* Exhibit strong interpersonal and time management skills.* Be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal direction.*Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in US without requiring employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future*Applications will be accepted until 11/11/2024The annual salary for this position is between $81,337 - $141,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.Benefits : Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:Medical/Dental/Vision/Life InsurancePaid holidays plus Paid Time Off401(k) plan and contributionsLong-term/Short-term DisabilityPaid Parental LeaveEmployee Stock Purchase PlanDisclaimer:
