Our client is looking for an HR Generalist (Non-Exempt) to support their growth in the automotive industry, specifically in car parts. This position offers a temp-to-perm opportunity with a competitive pay rate during the temporary phase, transitioning to a salary upon permanent placement.Role Details:Employment Type:

Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm (8-hour day with a ½-hour lunch); up to 5 hours of overtime may be available.Reporting To:

Standalone HR Generalist role in Utah, with on-site visits to 7 locations in the state, supporting a total of 500-600 employees across Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, and Texas.Job Responsibilities:Serve as a liaison with various departments, including benefits, leave management, payroll, recruiting, onboarding, and learning and development.Focus on employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and regional HR projects.Handle employee investigations and foster positive employee relations within retail and warehouse environments.Collaborate closely with general managers, warehouse managers, retail managers, and drivers.Key Requirements:Experience:

Minimum of 3+ years as an HR Generalist.Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to work effectively in blue-collar settings, fostering a friendly and approachable atmosphere.Technical Proficiency:

Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple HR platforms and support HR operations across various locations.Travel Requirements:
