A week in the life of a Quality Assurance Manager:

Applies process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.Responsible for effective transitioning of existing project teams and the facilitation of project teams in the accomplishment of project activities and objectives.Provides group facilitation, interviewing training, and provides additional forms of knowledge transfer.Key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration or reengineering efforts.Provides daily supervision and direction.

Job Requirements

Active Secret ClearanceBachelor's Degree with a discipline in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific/technical disciplineFive (5) years of related experience to:

Develop, modify, apply and maintain quality evaluation and control systemsConduct quality assurance tests and quality auditsPrepare and maintain quality assurance documentationEnsure that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and provide recommendations to address deficienciesOversee project team activities and monitors project taskings and milestonesCoordinate activities among multiple project teams

Supervisory experienceMicrosoft Office including proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
