TTI, Inc. is looking for a Senior Manager of Cybersecurity that will be remote and supporting our Corporate office in Northwest Fort Worth, TX.The Sr. Manager of Cybersecurity is responsible for protecting the company's computers, networks, and data against threats, such as security breaches, computer viruses, or attacks by cyber criminals. This will include, but not limited to Incident Response, Data Security and Vulnerability Management.The Sr. Manager of Cyber Security will be reporting to the Director of Cybersecurity and plays a key role in the success of the Cybersecurity program. Join a winning team in a growing global organization!ACCOUNTABILITIESUnderstand, evaluate, and respond to Security Incidents.Management of Cybersecurity operations, strategy, and engineering.Oversee the implementation and management of the data security platform.Oversee the configuration of the data security platform to monitor, alert, and report on unauthorized access, data misuse, and potential security breaches.Utilize the Data Security Platform for data classification, access control, and compliance reporting.Maintain and manage the organization's Vulnerability Management program.Oversee the configuration, deployment, and management of Vulnerability Management Technologies.Analyze scan results, prioritize vulnerability remediations based on risk, generate actionable reports and present to senior IS Security Leadership.Optimize the use of Vulnerability Management tools to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of vulnerability detection.Oversee the SOC's 24/7 monitoring and response operations, ensuring rapid identification and mitigation of security incidents.Coordinate and lead incident response efforts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of security incidents.Work with Managed Detection and Response (MDR) partner to monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts, ensuring accurate and timely incident detection.Manage a staff of Cybersecurity Professionals, hire and train new staff, conduct performance reviews, and provide leadership and coaching, including technical and personal development programs for team members.Responsible for driving execution of daily, weekly, and monthly metrics for statistical threats and KPIs.Provides the reporting, investigation, and resolution of data security incidents.Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures are being created and followed by the team.Ensure audit trails, system logs and other monitoring data sources are reviewed periodically according to policies and compliance requirements.Manage production issues and incidents and participate in problem and change management forums.Recommend and coordinate the implementation of technical controls to support and enforce defined security policies.Manage security projects and provide expert guidance on security matters for other IS projects.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEA Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related degree or equivalent combination of education/experience required.Six to Eight years of active Professional Cyber Security experience is required, with at least three to five years in a Leadership role with direct reports.
SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONSCISSP or comparable certification preferred.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical conceptsProficiency in leading and managing cybersecurity incident response processes.Strong project management skills, with experience in overseeing the implementation of security projects.Experience in developing and maintaining incident response plans.Experience with managing Security Operations Centers (SOC), including monitoring, detection, and response.Proficiency in using security information and event management (SIEM) tools.Subject matter expertise within the following services: monitoring & log analysis, hunting operations, compromise assessments, forensics analysis, root cause analysis, investigation assistance, insider threat management, and incident management reporting.Demonstrates a profound sense of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality-adhering to a core set of values.Strong understanding of Cybersecurity operations and the relationship between threats, vulnerabilities, and risk management.Is a proven innovator and creative problem-solver. Navigates ambiguity and exercises a moderate degree of autonomy in decision making.Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with business managers, IS engineering and IS operations staff.Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to develop and guide Cybersecurity team members and IS operations personnel, and work with minimal supervision.Experience in system technology security testing (vulnerability scanning and penetration testing).Ability to work weekends and after business hours.
