This is an on-site role and would require relocation to the New Bremen, OH area.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee projects from initiation to close.
Monitor metrics and schedules during projects.
Work with project stakeholders to determine scope and timeline.
Lead the development, design, evaluation, organization, planning, scheduling, documentation, and control of project.
Create and maintain project plans.
Compile data/feedback from multiple sources and present to project stakeholders.
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
Manage multiple simultaneous projects and/or programs.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost.
Measure project performance and maintain budget.
Document and mitigate project issues and risks.
Report and escalate issues that could impact timeline or scope of project to management.
Monitor all other aspects of the project to ensure project completes on-time and within budget.
Negotiate and document changes to project scope, cost, and/or timeline as they occur.
Act as the liaison between IT, Global Business Solutions (GBS), Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Branch Operations and Aftermarket.
Function as the central point of contact for all project related information.
Resolve inter-departmental issues as it relates to the Data Platform.
Conduct scheduled sessions with Data Center of Excellence group to report progress on current projects, introduce newly released projects, and communicate developing ideas that may impact the group.
Minimum Qualifications
5-7 years related experience
Bachelor’s degree (Business)
Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
Very little to no travel
Overnight stays unlikely
Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business < 20% per week (8 hours) and/or travel locally between company locations during scheduled workday
Preferred Qualifcations
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Knowledge of SAP, Baan, QuipWare or other Company business systems. Experience with Microsoft Project or Workfront required. Strong Excel, Word, OneNote and PowerPoint skills.
Strong communications skills are required.
