Get To Know Us!WebTPA, a GuideWell Company, is a healthcare third-party administrator with over 30+ years of experience building unique benefit solutions and managing customized health plans.Key position details:This is an in-office position: 8500 Freeport Parkway Irving, Texas 75063What is your Impact:The Multimedia Specialist works closely with other members of the client success team to support the visual identity and branding of WebTPA. Responsibilities will include creating, designing, and managing various digital and print media that supports WebTPA's communication and marketing goals. This position will be the primary resource for internal and external collateral for a variety of audiences. Responsibilities will include support for client meetings and hosted events, sales collateral, presentation development, email and marketing automation campaigns, social media and web content development. The Multimedia Specialist will work closely with the Account Management team, Training team, Human Resources team, and other areas of the company.What Will You Be Doing:The essential functions listed represent the major duties of this role, additional duties may be assigned.Creative Designer (50%):Work in collaboration with the client success team to create visually pleasing designs for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, banners, signage, social media graphics, website assets, and email templates, for many types of audiences.Develop animated and other digital graphics and content for digital communications, marketing, and outreach efforts.Develop/manage the concept and framework for videos, podcasts, and audio recordings, including creating storyboards, scripts, and producing a final product.Provides support for design of marketing materials for internal and external audiences in various creative categories, to support the delivery of custom materialsExecutes creative design details including layout, writes copy, edits, color selection and/or illustration for marketing collateral and product design concepts.Coordinate print and fulfilment jobs with external print vendors.

Web Content and Social Media (20%):Maintain and update website content for public facing websiteSupport creation, development and approval for social media content and calendar, in collaboration with client success team.Create a monthly report including: digital tracking, conversion activity, traffic volume, engagement trends, and recommendations and analysis based on best practices.

Brand Management (20%)Functions as a brand steward to ensure brand standards and guidelines are maintained internally and with our cross-functional and external partnersCaptures high-quality images for marketing materials, website, and social mediaMaintain a library of design assets, templates, and style guidelines for consistent branding across various platforms.Interface with leaders and client success team to design customized multi-media and PowerPoint presentations, slide templates and to create master slides.

Project Management (10%):Coordinate and implement design, production, and distribution of print materials for all marketing projects; including planning one's own workload to achieve and ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.Independently troubleshoot solutions should a project fall off plan, demonstrating a solution-oriented approach to problem solving.

Qualifications3+ years related work experience.Minimum 3 years' experience working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment in photography, videography, Marketing or communications or a creative agency or in-house marketing teamRelated Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience in Marketing, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia Communications, Business, or Public RelationsAdvanced skills in content writing and design, with the ability to work with subject matter experts, to grasp complex business subjects and effectively translate information.DESIGN SKILLS -Expert-level mastery of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPointMinimum intermediate-level expertise with Adobe Creative Suite in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere ProMarketing tools such as CanvaCOMMUNICATION SKILLS -Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and consider timely responsiveness a top priority.Must be comfortable communicating both verbally and electronically with external entities, including clients, prospects, brokers, and vendors.OTHER SKILLS -Strong organizational skillsExcellent time management skillsQuick learner who can thrive in a fast-paced environmentHighly effective at multi-tasking and managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience working in HubspotProject management skills

Preferred QualificationsExperience preferred in working with marketing tools and apps - such as, content management systems, email automation software and the like.Knowledge of/familiarity with healthcare market is strongly favored.Knowledge of UI/UX design and other design processes is strongly preferred.Knowledge of Google Analytics (G4) Monday.com or similar project management toolDigital design portfolio with varied digital work (web, social media, email, etc.)
