Are you a graphic designer with a passion for science and the desire to work with leaders in the biotech sector? We’re a thriving strategic communication, digital, and creative agency based in Boston that works with trailblazers in the biotech industry. We’re looking for a Designer with a well-rounded background who has an enthusiastic passion for design and a curiosity for science. This individual is an excellent communicator with a keen attention to detail, excels at handling multiple client needs simultaneously and has a drive to work collaboratively and adapt to constructive input. A strong working knowledge of an agency creative department is a plus.
Please Note:
Our headquarters office is located in downtown Boston, MA. Our Boston area employees collaborate in the office together three days a week with flexibility/remote work on other days.
What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day:
Carry out the efficient visual execution of creative concepts, as outlined by an Associate Creative DirectorMaintain and update visual design standards as neededAble to conceptualize and execute effective design work across social media and presentation design. These may include projects such as social media posts and PowerPoint corporate decks.Collaborate with team members to create client presentations and to articulate design concepts and decisions effectivelyResearch vendors and specifications for projects and provide information to the creative operations team and other responsible partiesPossess strong digital background and ability to design across all mediumsCollaborate with others on creative and engage with account team membersWhat You’ll Bring to Our Team:
3+ years of design experience in an agency or in-house studioB.A. in graphic designPassion about design with a curiosity for scienceExcellent knowledge of, and ability to use, applicable computer application such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, Figma, and PowerPoint. Proficiency with Premier Pro and After Effects is a strong plus.Excellent visual/conceptual skillsKnowledge of media requirements and terminologyExcellent organizational skillsStrong collaborative approach to projectsEagerness to challenge yourself to create something truly unique and specific for our clientsDemonstrated ability, through previous experiences, to effectively translate ideas into design executionsTo apply, please visit: tenbridgecommunications.com
