Job Overview
The Hubbell Internship Program is a 10 to 12-week program providing students the opportunity to gain corporate experience, learn about all aspects of our business, and prepare students with the kind of experience needed to have a rewarding career at Hubbell.
As a People Analytics (HR) Intern, you will begin to master the analysis process from start to finish. This position will partner with key areas within HR for whom you will gather business requirements, extract and build the datasets, and present to them the discovered insights. In addition to that, you will develop your technical skills in excel, Power BI, and Databricks. As the world of People Analytics is constantly evolving, you may also perform and/or participate in additional activities/events which will help you build a strong network within the Hubbell community.
A Day In The Life
Every day at Hubbell is different but you can expect to work on the following throughout the summer
Analyzing workforce dataFinding and automating manual processesWriting & running reports in our HR headcount system (Successfactors)Designing & building various analysis & dashboards in Power Bi or ExcelData auditingPartner with key internal clients to proactively support their data needs

Enrollment in an accredited university working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree related to the internship (required)Your exceptional problem solving skillsGood technical skills and the ability to learn them quicklyMinimum 3.0 GPA (required)Experience with Microsoft Office products preferredFamiliarity with relevant software and systems
Expectations: The intern will be expected to work full-time at 40 hours/week and will be compensated on an hourly basis.Compensation Range: $22.50/hour - $29.00/hour (dependent upon graduation date)
