Infrastructure Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION :This position operates within the IT Infrastructure function and serves as a technical engineer spanning various infrastructure domains. As a member of the Global Infrastructure team, this role offers support to all LONZA sites. The position ensures service provider quality by managing relevant services through definition of KPIs, SLAs and associated measurements and reporting. Furthermore the role holder ensures that good IT practices, including good Documentation practices, IT security and change management practices are constantly adhered to.
