The Role
Netflix is seeking a Workplace Theater Operations Coordinator to join our UCAN Venues team. This role will be based in New York City and report to the Theater Operations Manager. This role entails a 50% focus on events and 50% focus on Theater and operations.

Responsibilities:
Provide the highest level of customer service to all guests, vendors, colleagues, and talents.
Partner with various cross functional teams outside of the UCAN Venues team such as Theatrical, Awards, Publicity, Events, EHS, and Safety & Security, etc.
Support Netflix and Enterprise Operations initiatives such as I&D and sustainability.
Manage vendors effectively to ensure scope of work is clear and the work is done meets Netflix standard.
Facilitate and support a variety of events from small trade screenings to high profile large red carpet premieres.
In-depth knowledge of all theaters and building capabilities for events and lease restrictions.
Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging challenges
Assist in large team projects and own small projects as needed within the overall UCAN Venues
Work closely with vendors from different business segments
Manage and maintain equipment maintenance needs and records
Manage and ensure theater operations follow and comply with local regulations.
Requirements:
5+ years of theater management experience. High-profile red carpet events experience prefer.
Experience with facility management
Basic knowledge of digital and film projections
Experience with concession stand operation. Bar management experience is a plus.
Experience with Vista POS system prefer
Strong organization and communication skills
Ability to work across various levels of the organization while building trust and fostering collaboration
A desire to be hands-on, not afraid to roll up your sleeves
Ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines
Ability to think strategically, multi-task and work on several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on job needs; evenings and weekends - like a movie theater schedule (movie theater manager or theater manager would have this experience)
Ability to travel occasionally
Ability to proactively address and anticipate stakeholders’ needs
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $50,000 - $190,000.
