Job Description
A client in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Organizational Change Manager to support their organization. This role involves setting up processes and methodologies to establish change management standards for the future. The responsibilities include:
Developing organizational change management strategies, including communication plans and training strategies
Establishing a comprehensive methodology for all change management activities
Creating communication plans for various projects
Identifying vendors and developing high-level training plans
Conducting knowledge transfer sessions to train, guide, and educate the organization on leading effective change
The projects you will work on include, but are not limited to:
Transitioning from on-premises to cloud PBX
Implementing zero trust security models
Managing Identity and Access Management projects
Transitioning to a new VPN
Overseeing ITSM software management and CMDB
Implementing single sign-on using Okta
Data classification initiatives
AI initiatives

Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or project management
- Proven track record of leading successful change initiatives within a complex organization
- Experience working with Microsoft Teams
- Experience supporting complex infrastructure related projects
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field - Change management certifications (e.g., Prosci, CCMP)
- A masters degree related to the field null
