As a key leader within our marketing organization, you will build and guide a high-performing team dedicated to crafting and executing innovative marketing campaigns that fuel partner generated pipeline.

About the Team

This person will be an influential Lead of this team, serving in the highest level manager role at Zoom and overseeing upwards of 4-5 direct reports.

Responsibilities

Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing partner marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Lead by example, guiding your team toward professional growth and development.

Partner Communication: Enhance ongoing communication to partners through newsletters, social media, webinars, events and other channels, keeping them informed and engaged with Zoom’s partner value proposition, vision and offerings.

Bespoke Alliance Partner Marketing Plans: Work with our top strategic partners to build and execute marketing plans tailored to their GTM and our joint value proposition.

MDF Management: Own and drive the strategy, planning, and execution of partner marketing development funds (MDF), ensuring effective use of resources to maximize impact and ROI.

Partner-led Demand Generation: build in-a-box demand generation programs that enable regional partner marketing and sales teams to execute at scale. Optimize based on ROI.

Partner Evangelism: Act as the voice of our partners both internally and externally, championing our Partner vision, mission, and purpose across the organization and in the market.

What we're looking for

Proven track record of developing and executing end-to-end channel marketing strategies that drive partner recruitment, brand awareness, and demand generation.

12+ years of demonstrated experience in Partner Marketing within a SaaS/Technology company.

Experience working within a cross-functional, global organization, with a strong ability to collaborate and influence at all levels.

Passion for partners and a deep understanding of the channel ecosystem.

Confidence in managing large budgets and making data-driven decisions to optimize spend

Additional Skills:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams.

A bias for action with a willingness to challenge the status quo and drive change.

Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with a talent for creating compelling content and communications.

Strong executive presence, with the ability to listen, respond, and empathize with partners and customers.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$173,900.00

Maximum:

$380,500.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
