The Senior Workday Report Developer is responsible for the planning, developing, and implementation of Workday reporting and integrations to provide solutions based on business needs and requirements. Act as a subject matter expert insuring reporting and integrations are efficient, accurate, and maintained. Work with internal and external clients, including government agencies, to ensure accurate and timely report of critical data. Work closely with clients and AMS vendor to identify new or modify existing reporting and integration solutions. Advises the client through the development process and assists with testing and approval through release to production. Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and recommends the most efficient and cost-effective reporting and integration solution. Use Workday Prism to combine data and create data sources for advanced reporting projects.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in Workday Reporting Tools including Prism, and development of Advanced, Composite, and Matrix reports

Experience with Government reports including JOLTS, CES, and other government reports

Background supporting HCM functional areas including Core HR, payroll, compensation, benefits and time keeping.

Data analysis and interpretation skills

Understanding of data governance and privacy

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
