Make a difference, come join the team!What's the role?The ZEISS Sports Optics and Photo Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing operational and asset management requirements of the Hunting, Shooting, Nature and Photo business segments under the direction of each segment's marketing leader.Sound Interesting?Here's what you'll do:Duties include monitoring and maintaining internal digital sales-support platforms, cataloging and sharing digital assets, coordinating production, shipping and fulfillment of marketing collateral, and coordinating logistics for Nature and Photo consumer events.Marketing Asset Management - Photo, Nature, HuntManaging the intake of all video and photo assets, the curation and cataloging of the assets within ZEISS MAM and NA local storage location, and the sharing of assets to internal team and agency partners .Assist E-Commerce marketing manager in maintenance of curated set of creative assets and product data that drives the product listings of all COP NA product on Amazon and Big Commerce platformCoordinate serialized product sample fulfillment between ZEISS USA and ZEISS HQ as well as with ZEISS sponsors and third party influencers. Track all product flow and oversee adherence to budget plan for product samplesMarketing Collateral Coordination -Photo Nature and HuntCoordinate the updating of all annual marketing collateral (catalogs, price lists)Coordinate with each segment's Marketing Manager and respective agencies on production of digital/printed creative assets for advertising, promotions, and in-store activationsDigital Sales Support Platforms - Nature and HuntOversee the day-to-day monitoring, reporting, replenishment of Sales Department digital site with retail-facing marketing and sales materials, POP, and merchandise.Oversee the day-to-day review and update of Marketing Dept digital site dedicated to consumer-facing marketing campaign assets.Trade Shows - Photo and NatureCoordinate the logistics for Nature birding festivals and Photo consumer shows.Maintain Nature and Photo show scheduling and coordinate internal communication updates between vendor, sales and marketing departmentsCoordinate shipment and tracking of products and marketing collateral requirements for showsWays-of-Working.Supports the marketing leadership of the Hunt, Nature and Photo businesses.The ability to operate effective in a highly professional global organization with well-established processes, while also operating in a small, more entrepreneurial and fast paced local-market teamOccasional domestical travel - less than 10% of timeMinimal Qualifications:Adept at working within well-structured matrix global organization, yet highly entrepreneurial North American business unitTeam oriented - able to communicate professionally and effectively for end-goal outcome.Able to schedule multiple projects and activities for ongoing project status updates and meeting deadlines.Able to follow existing processes, yet willing and able to create new processes and/or improve existing ones.Self-motivated and problem-solving oriented with ability to address critical issues and propose solutions to challenges.Ambition, desire to be part of a high-performance marketing team where your execution of the specific detailed tasks of marketing initiatives are the key to successful campaigns.Experience and Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business or related fieldMicrosoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Preference for experience with SAP, Shopify platform and Google DocsAbility to learn proprietary systemsStrong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively - both written and verbal2-5 years in corporate or small business environment in marketing roleThe annual pay range for this position is $66,000 - $83,000The pay offered for this role may be influenced by factors such as job location, scope of role, qualifications, education, experience, & complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent.We have amazing benefits to support you as an employee at ZEISS!MedicalVisionDental401k MatchingEmployee Assistance ProgramsVacation and sick payThe list goes on!ZEISS is an EEO/AA/M/F/Disabled Veteran EmployerThis position is also eligible for a performance bonus or sales commissions.
