The Opportunity

This position is an onsite opportunity in the Abbott Diabetes Care Division. We are helping people with Diabetes lead healthier, happier lives. As a Senior Product Manager, Content Solutions, you will be in a leadership position in Global Customer Experience as part of Global Content and Channel Solutions team. The Senior Product Manager, Content Solutions will be commercially focused and represent both business and customer needs globally to identify opportunities to improve and enhance the effectiveness content supply chain .The Senior Product Manager, Content Solutions. They will facilitate workshops (in person and via WebEx) to keep the marketers globally informed and engaged on the tools available and how to utilize them. The Senior Product Manager, Content Solutions will be an expert in key disciplines such as content solution, data management, usability, accessibility, content automation and analytics. This is an onsite opportunity in Alameda, CA.

What You'll Do

Manages multiple responsibilities and business processes related to content supply chain solutions.

Expert in Global Strategic Operations and consultant for affiliate countries.

Expert on Content tagging methodologies to track content

Ensure business monitoring of Content performance, key service level agreements and key performance indicators.

Manages team budget.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels within internal departments and external agencies and with the ability to explain complex elements in a simple way.

Digital marketing experience either at an agency or client directly executing digital projects.

Product management or medical device marketing experience.

Strong presentation and communication skills, proactive and resourceful with a “can do” attitude.

Strong interest and enthusiasm for Content automation and increase efficiency in operational process

Innovative and able to think open and broadly

Strong technical aptitude, experience with content platforms (e.g. Veeva, Adobe ecosystem, Braze, Sales Force, Sprinklr, Decibel etc..)

Strong analytical skills able to draw conclusions from data, management information and trends

Enjoy responding quickly and influencing people to deliver

Ability to learn a new subject quickly

Excellent presentation skills

Sound time management skills, ensuring that work is produced to agreed deadlines and high standard

Highly organized, focused and committed to achieving goals

Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines on several initiatives simultaneously

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

Required

Bachelors Degree with at least 4-6 years of related experience, with at least one year of experience in marketing or product management

MBA with 1-3 years of related experience.

Selfstarter that is assertive, possesses a high degree of self-confidence and intellectual curiosity, and demonstrates strong written and oral communication.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment.

Comfortable working across functional areas and at varying levels of the organization.

Previous experience with brand management, operational; effectiveness, event management and strong communication and organization skills ideal.

5 years of marketing experience, experience at a digital operations or advertising agency desired but not required

The base pay for this position is $125,700.00 – $251,500.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
