DTC Marketing Digital Project Manager (Lead Analyst) - Hybrid

Summary

An exciting opportunity to shape the work of Marketing at The Cigna Group! This role is part of our Individual and Family Plans (IFP) business.

This role will be responsible for managing and orchestrating the marketing campaigns supporting Cigna’s IFP business (both Medical and Dental) with a focus on digital asset management, direct response campaigns, customer retention, broker engagement, online tool support, and more. You will work with our internal partners including those in Marketing Strategy, IFP Product, Cigna Brand, Creative, Digital, PR, Research, Customer Communications, Corporate Communications, Social Media, Events & Sponsorships, and Legal & Compliance – to help create marketing communications that stand out in the minds of our brokers/consultants and customers. In addition, the role supports our Broker communication efforts with copywriting, editing and proofing - so we are looking for someone comfortable drafting and writing copy as well!

High-level Responsibilities

Be a Subject Matter Expert for Marketers related to workflow tools, Compliance, IFP budgeting, online properties and other required systems

Manage high-profile campaign work from end-to-end

Be a key Contributor for Broker marketing work (both Medical and Dental)

Partner with the IFP business to help identify gaps and opportunities within Marketing

Draft professional marketing content to support our Broker partners

Detailed Responsibilities

Manage the IFP Open Enrollment campaign work (including work with internal creative agency, external creative agencies, and project management for the D2C and Broker support of Open Enrollment)

Manage a full review of our Open Enrollment projects post-implementation to document best practices and identify gaps or concerns

Support marketing submissions of Marketing Compliance and State Insurance filing processes

Assist with development of creative briefs and input briefs for use with vendors/agencies

Interact and manage vendor relationships for IFP

Manage URL Production for all Dental and Medical Marketing documents

Assist with online tool development, testing, and deployment

Assist with digital projects related to Cigna.com, mycigna.com, the Broker portal, and other associated web properties

Manage IFP marketing budget across all campaigns and review and approve invoices

Support creative needs for IFP Medical and Dental businesses, Broker communication, and Cigna Healthcare Small Group business needs

Draft email and minor creative content for Broker support on an as-needed basis (quick turn)

Assist with campaign tracking implementation

Ideal candidates will offer:

3+ years of relevant work experience at an Enterprise or Agency

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; MBA or Masters Degree desirable

Familiar with products from the Adobe and Salesforce marketing suites

Experience with workflow management applications such as Wrike, Workfront, Asana or Monday

Background drafting business communication and/or sales support content and messages

Analytical mindset that can understand complexity, yet strives for simplicity

Multi-channel marketing experience on a direct-to-consumer, analytically-driven marketing team

Experience managing both internal and external creative agencies

Experience in developing and executing against marketing plans

Strong project management skills; able to define tasks, establish schedules and influence partners to deliver on strategic objectives—and on time and on budget

Forecasting and budget management experience

Ability to work effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment

Must balance high-priority, long-term projects with short-term, immediate deadlines

Proven ability to lead in a heavily matrixed environment

Ability to foster collaboration and value others perspectives

Health insurance industry experience a plus, but not required

Ability to work from a Cigna office 3 days a week, as directed by the business

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 76,300 - 127,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
