Our Somerset location is the corporate headquarters for Catalent Pharma Solutions. This location houses our state-of-the-art laboratory, clinical, commercial manufacturing plant for oral dose forms in addition to being the Center of Excellence for Highly Potent Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (https://www.catalent.com/oral-dose/highly-potent-active-pharmaceutical-ingredients/) .
The
Senior Cybersecurity Portfolio Manager
will be responsible for the successful management of strategic and improvement initiatives for the Cybersecurity team. The
Senior Cybersecurity Portfolio Manager
position is responsible for cross-collaboration with other teams like infrastructure and applications.

The Role:
In collaboration with stakeholders, develop employee training and awareness programs and manage development campaigns
Manage day-to-day business operations including financial management, third party vendor oversight, contracts, project management and requests; intake, analysis, routing, response, reporting and follow-up
Provide input to the vision and strategy for security governance
Coordinate, develop and maintain information security policies and standards
Support the communication of security policies and standards to internal stakeholders
Develop and maintain cybersecurity awareness training
Develop and maintain cybersecurity metric
25% travel expectations annually (global)
Other duties as assigned
The Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Networking, or other STEM disciplines, preferred; High School diploma, required
CISSP, CIMP, CRISC, CISA, GIAC, CISM or equivalent program management certifications, preferred
Minimum 10+ years of experience leading complex medium to large scale enterprise technology projects to completion; security project work desired
3+ years of experience developing and maintaining security policies and standards
3+ years of experience developing and maintaining security metrics program
2+ years of experience developing and conducting information security awareness training
Experience with creating and implementing Security Awareness Programs
Experience with creating and implementing Third Party Risk Management Program
Experience with cybersecurity frameworks; knowledge of the NIST Framework is desirable
Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds
Demonstrable leadership experience at Catalent (including but not limited to participation in Catalent-sponsored leadership programs such as NGGL, GOLD, LEAD Now, GM Excellence, and GROW) may be considered in place of external experience
The
anticipated salary range for this position in Maryland is $138,900 to $243,100,
plus bonus, when eligible. The final salary offered to a successful candidate may vary, and will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, skillset, education, business needs, etc. Catalent is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
