ServiceNow Software Developer
to support a high-priority CNO mission. This role demands expertise in software engineering within fast- paced, mission-critical environments and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple organizations.This position will be based out of Columbia, MD and will report on-site daily (no remote flexibility).What you will do
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and servicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new featuresProvide technical expertise in a fast-paced mission environmentTroubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing softwareEnsure the highest level of service and performance of all developed applicationsWhat you need to have
Clearance:Must maintain a TS/SCI with polyFourteen (14) years of experience as a Software Engineer (SWE) in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexityBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university; four (4) years of additional SWE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degreeStrong experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, especially in Customer Entry PortalsExtensive experience with ServiceNow Web Services, including REST and SOAPProven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow applicationsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWhat we'd like you to have
Experience with ServiceNow integrations, ServiceNow certifications, and ITIL knowledgeUnderstanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies
