Role:
Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Application Development Expert work on application support tickets, perform application enhancement and project implementation as a developer.
Responsibilities:Is responsible for developing and maintaining internal applications, integrations, related web services and optimization of applications on all platforms. Ensures that projects, support, and operational goals are accomplished by performing assigned duties personally or through subordinates.Leads and coordinates different teams that create or use the company's business applications and platforms.Oversees code updates and may take on different roles as they help colleagues design, develop, test and release software.In the performance of assigned responsibilities, this person must interact with all levels of company employees, and with outside customers, suppliers, contractors and others.Translates business requirements into functional application specifications using contemporary best practices.Pro-actively identify opportunities to offer an improved experience to users by developing a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and functions.Creates architecture and design documentation including support documentation and update of existing documentationMinimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field. At least ten (10) years of professional job-related experience with a bachelor's degree or eight (8) years with a master's degree.Must have experience managing a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple stakeholders or businesses.Must have expert knowledge and experience in SQL queries and database design.Must have experience in test driven development.Must have experience with a variety of technologies such as multi-tiered applications, databases, LDAP and directory services, application servers, network infrastructure, and understanding security and dataflow within these components.Must have expert skills in developing architecture diagrams and technical designs.Must have experience ensuring that business engineering standards are applied by all parties involved in projects and deliveries.Specialized Experience: At least 7 years of hands-on experience with FileNet v.5.x
development and administration, including but not limited to:a) IBM Content Navigator (ICN) and custom plug-ins.
b) P8 APIs and java application customization.
c) Workflow Process Design and Process Administration.
d) P8 subscription and event actions.
e) P8 ACCE.
f) FileNet Deployment Manager (FDM).
g) Installation, upgrade, patching, and configuration of FileNet P8 (CPE, CSS,
Case Foundation), IBM Content Navigator (ICN), etc.
h) SQL, java script, etc.Knowledge and hands-on experience with Datacap v.9.1.x, including but not limited to:i) Datacap Task Master and Task Master Web.
j) Datacap RuleRunner.
k) Datacap Navigator.
l) Datacap Studio.
m) Scan and Datacap workflow.
n) OCR.
o) Integration with FileNet.
p) Installation, upgrade, patching, and configuration of IBM Datacap (Task
Master, Rule Runner, Task Master Web), etc.Knowledge and experience with SQL Server and Oracle database.a. Taxonomy development.
