What you'll do at Browzwear
Assess the territory, prioritize accounts and develop sales strategies to maximize revenue potential for BrowzwearAchieve agreed upon quarterly and annual sales targets and outcomesEvangelize the Browzwear brand in the marketplace by presenting, promoting and selling based upon desired outcomesIdentify customer success metrics and align with decision makersEducate customers on how Browzwear solutions can benefit them financially and professionallyEstablish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the territoryIdentify partner opportunities to cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer implementationsPartner with Account Manager group to ensure customer receives maximum value and success metrics are achievedMonitor the company's industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needsCollaborate internally with other account executives and cross functional groups to foster an environment of knowledge sharing and best practicesRequirements
What you'll bring to the team
7+ years solution/value selling experience3+ years Enterprise Accounts experienceAbility to communicate new and complicated concepts in an easy-to-understand way that creates a high level of desire for the solutionSuccessful quota attainment YoY and successful experience growing an enterprise client portfolioProven success selling new business and new logo consistentlyHigh aptitude for cross functional collaboration and cross functional influence internally and externallyAbility to navigate a client organization and develop key points of contact in multiple departments and multiple levels of leadership including the c-suiteProvides valuable insights into how to improve the customers' business operationsResearch and data driven approach to account planning; Proactively identify opportunities from business led discussionsSelf-starter who is invested in the success of the teamBachelor's Degree is highly preferredAbility to travel up to ~40%
