We are seeking a talented

Full-Time Production/Graphic Designer

to join our digital creative team and support the execution of brand assets for our premium skincare line. In this role, you'll work closely with our team to create and manage a variety of digital assets that elevate the brand and deliver a seamless digital experience across platforms. This role will focus on our retailer channels and international asset needs for both print and digital.

Key Responsibilities:Design & Develop Digital Assets:

Create and manage a range of brand collateral for digital channels, including third-party retailer assets, email campaigns, promotional banners, digital invitations, social media graphics, and website assets.Design & Develop Print Assets:

Create and manage visual merchandising/print related tasks as needed from updating existing assets with translations to developing custom market specific assets.Collaborate with the Creative Team:

Work closely with the creative team to fully understand project deliverables, ensuring alignment on timelines, creative design consistency and objectives.Project Ownership:

Take ownership of projects from initial brief through to completion. Organize and track your tasks, keeping the team updated on progress and delivery timelines.Creative Exploration:

Provide creative exploration and concept ideas to support the brief when appropriate. When possible, contributing innovative ideas that elevate the brand experience.Collaborative Feedback & Reviews:

Attend briefings and regularly check in with the Team Manager and Head of Design to review work in progress, refining designs as needed based on team feedback.Cross-Functional Coordination:

Proactively liaise with other departments to ensure timely project delivery, work with project manager to keep all relevant parties informed.Brand Aesthetic Awareness:

Maintain a strong understanding of the brand's evolving aesthetic and ensure that all designs reflect this consistently.About You:

Proven Digital Design Experience:

You have a solid track record in digital design, particularly within a luxury or premium brand context.Expertise in Design Software:

You are proficient in Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Figma, After Effects and Premiere Pro are also beneficial but not necessary.Design Expertise:

Strong creative skills with a keen eye for design fundamentals-typography, color, imagery, and layout. Able to apply these within brand standards.Excellent Communication Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Multi-tasker:

Digital creative is a reactive environment; you should be able to comfortably manage multiple projects while meeting tighter deadlines.Problem-Solver:

While comfortable collaborating, you are also capable of working independently, solving problems and making informed design decisions on your own when necessary.Responsive to Feedback:

You take project feedback in stride and are quick to action changes and next steps with precision and creativity. No project too big or small.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $48-50 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
