Shifts per block needed to be filled by agency: 6-8 Expected timeframe for need: 2 months Root cause for opening req: FMLA and down shift Temp Labor in place and deadline: no APAY EMR used: McKesson Expected patients per day: 7 Will the site accept board eligible providers (assuming they've passed first part of exams) or only board-certified providers? if they are in the board certification process and have that letter that they have passed the first part, they are eligible to apply. Is COVID vaccine required, or will the site allow exemption requests? Yes, and yes NICU Level: II Total Hospital Deliveries (monthly avg.): 85 Estimated Deliveries for Hospitalists (monthly): 9 Estimated Patient Encounters for Hospitalists (not including deliveries) (monthly): 125 Residency Program & Type? Hospitalists to Provide GYN Coverage: Yes, On Occasion Hospitalists Required to Perform Circumcisions: Yes Unassigned patients mostly Hospitalists Needed for First Assist: Yes First Assist Available to the Hospitalists: Yes Staff OB's, General surgeons, nocturnalist PA's, Midwives, Cert. tech 1st assists Hospitalists to Backup Midwives: Yes Hospitalists to Backup Family Practice: N/A Backup Available to the Hospitalists: Yes
