Director of Operations Scope:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Operations to lead our operations in the PCB industry. As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business, including but not limited to production, sales, marketing, finance, and personnel management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the PCB industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.Responsibilities:•Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the organization, inspiring teams to achieve company goals and objectives.•Oversee all aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.•Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial analysis.•Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service and support.•Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce costs, and increase competitiveness.•Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, and senior management, fostering transparency, trust, and collaboration.•Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor business performance, taking corrective action as needed to achieve targets.•Develop and implement strategies to optimize PCB manufacturing processes, including the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.•Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry-specific standards, such as IPC (Institute for Printed Circuits) guidelines.•Coordinate with R&D teams to facilitate the development and introduction of new PCB products and technologies.•Oversee supply chain management, including sourcing raw materials, managing inventory levels, and negotiating with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.•Implement quality control systems to detect and resolve production issues, ensuring the highest standards of product quality and reliability.•Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation in the PCB industry.•Ensure the maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.•Lead initiatives to enhance sustainability practices within the PCB manufacturing process, reducing waste and energy consumption.RequirementsQualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership role in the PCB industry, with a demonstrated track record of success.3. In-depth knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes, technologies, and industry trends.4. Strong business acumen, with expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operations.5. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve common goals.6. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with internal and external stakeholders.7.
