We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our initiative supporting national efforts against CBRN threats. Your role will be crucial in leveraging data, analytics, AI, and automation to improve decision-making. You'll work alongside multi-intelligence and multi-domain systems to seamlessly integrate crucial data across various areas. The focus will be on gathering and standardizing data, enhancing communication, and incorporating it into a command data model. By using predictive analytics, you will significantly improve situational awareness and threat forecasting, enabling decision-makers to access dynamic data and visualizations that enhance response planning.

Job Details & Tasks:Organize a kickoff meeting within two weeks of the award to identify roles and responsibilities, review expectations, review the proposed software development plan, review the proposed data management plan, and accomplish the coordination necessary for performance. Submit the agenda prior to the event and the minutes after the event.Plan and implement an Agile software management process across Advana utilizing industry best practices and review completed, in-progress, planned near-term.(e.g., increment planning), and planned long-term (e.g., strategic roadmap) technical activities at a level of detail and cadence as agreed upon with the CDAO.Prepare and maintain a roadmap and backlog to identify, plan, coordinate, prioritize, and manage the execution of all required technical activities.Report the following:
Number and overall summary of incidents involving spillage of classified information, personally identifiable information (PII), protected health information (PHI), and other restricted/controlled information.Summary of template, guide, and playbook development.Summary of engineering support provided.Summary of training plan development and execution.Support all SSAE-18 and SOC 1 walkthrough or documentation requests for independent public auditors in a timely manner. This may also include audit planning and control activity design sessions with the Advana Audit Response Team in between examination periods.Job Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelors or Higher in Project Management, Computer Science or a related fieldActive TS/SCI ClearanceValid PassportAbility to commute to Falls Church, VA 2-3 days per weekNote: This opportunity is contingent upon the awarding of a bid. Jointly managed by the DoD CDAO Mission Analytics and Enterprise Platforms and Services Directorates, the mission of Advana is to accelerate decision advantage by making data, analytics, and AI widely accessible, understandable, and actionable across DoD.
