The firm's lawyers litigate and try cases throughout Florida's circuit and appellate courts, and in Federal District Courts located in Florida. While also litigating in other states, the firm provides general counsel, transactional and other business-related services for their clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Paralegal at ORR | COOK in Jacksonville, FL. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for a wide range of legal tasks, not limited to legal document preparation, document review, certain legal and public records research, preparation of trial and hearing binders and exhibits, exhibit review and presentation, drafting of page-line summaries, discovery and public record requests, and overall discovery and case management.
