Our goal is to drive impactful solutions from research to clinical stages, collaborating with key partners to advance transformative therapies.Position Overview:The Executive Director of Business Development will lead strategic initiatives to identify, assess, and develop partnership and licensing opportunities that drive revenue growth and expand our portfolio. This leader will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's business development strategy, with a focus on alliances in biotechnology, pharmaceutical partnerships, licensing deals, and mergers or acquisitions. They will work cross-functionally with R&D, finance, regulatory, and legal teams, and will report directly to the CEO.Key Responsibilities:Strategy Development and Execution:Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's long-term goals and advances its position in the antibody therapeutics landscape.Identify new partnership, licensing, and collaboration opportunities, focusing on high-impact alliances within immuno-oncology, infectious disease, and emerging therapeutic areas.Deal Structuring and Negotiation:Lead all stages of deal structuring, including term sheet development, financial modeling, due diligence, contract negotiation, and closing.Establish partnerships and alliances with global pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to support pipeline growth, R&D collaborations, and commercial opportunities.Market Analysis and Opportunity Assessment:Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments to identify trends, threats, and opportunities within the antibody therapeutics and biotechnology landscape.Evaluate strategic fit, financial potential, and technical viability of new business opportunities.Cross-functional Leadership:Collaborate closely with scientific, legal, finance, and clinical teams to align on business strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to deal-making and partnership execution.Provide updates to the executive team and board on strategic initiatives, partnership performance, and growth opportunities.Relationship Management and Networking:Establish and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including thought leaders, potential partners, investors, and collaborators.Represent the company at industry conferences, partner meetings, and networking events to build brand recognition and expand business relationships.Qualifications:Education:
