Overview:The Helpdesk Technician provides user, desktop, and production support across multiple U.S. sites, both remotely and in-person. This role handles user requests, manages IT equipment, and assists in IT projects, including rotating on-call support.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for user support and troubleshoot issues with Windows 7/10/11 and Microsoft Office.Manage user accounts in

Active Directory

and mailboxes in

Microsoft Exchange .Perform desktop imaging, equipment shipping, and coordinate returns.Troubleshoot basic network issues, including

DHCP

and

DNS .Assist with network equipment setup,

vendor management , and documentation.Create and deliver end-user training materials.Escalate unresolved issues to MSPs or Systems Administrators.Skills & Requirements:Proficiency in

Windows 10/11 ,

Active Directory ,

Microsoft Exchange , and

Microsoft Office .Familiarity with

network cabling ,

DHCP ,

DNS , and

PowerShell .Experience with

helpdesk ticketing systems

and

desktop imaging .2+ years of experience

in enterprise IT support.Associate's degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience (certifications preferred).
