New York, NY (must be willing to be on site 3 days per week)MUST have Banking & Capital Markets and consultative sales experience for this position.Job Description:You will be working with Capgemini's Banking and Capital Markets industry market development team to drive topline growth, elevate our positioning, and amplify our influence with clients. You'll be working on transformational deals in digital and customer data, working closely with business, practice, and marketing teams as a part of your work. We provide an ideal opportunity for bright minds to put their talents to the test in real-world applications in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:This role is a combination of creating new business opportunities (that can include new logos) and growing select existing relationships.You will be generating solution and services opportunities that align to the strategic needs of the client and generate revenue growth for our business unit.Pipeline creation through consultative proactive selling through building and managing client relationship at the VP, SVP, and C-Suite level.Sales and opportunity management through rigor in review of pipeline and performance against plan on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.Work with account team to lead RFPs and develop proactive proposals.Drive demand generation strategy and execution, conduct workshops with clients to create demand and understand their requirements to propose suitable offerings.Interact with our internal PMO teams and maintain smoother flow of contracts, and on time invoices and payments.Responsible for delivering KPI's for revenue growth, order booking, client management and satisfaction.Collaborate with other practice groups to open new areas and drive growth in existing areas where Capgemini has business.Requirements:Experience in an onsite client facing role in a consulting firm or an account/engagement management role in the financial services domain.Capital Markets knowledge and experience is required.Experience and understanding of a Global Service Delivery Model.Detail oriented and able to manage and maintain all facets of complex assignments.Life at Capgemini:Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
