Job Summary:
We are seeking a Lead Graphic Design Coordinator to join a dynamic law firm in Washington, D.C. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and producing branded materials for various firm initiatives, ensuring alignment with firm standards and maintaining brand consistency.Design marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, and social media content.Create graphics and animations for digital platforms, including websites and marketing campaigns.Develop collateral for firm events, such as posters and invitations.Enhance presentations and pitch materials with effective design elements.Coordinate with external partners for project submissions and approvals.Stay updated on industry best practices and introduce innovative ideas.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field.Minimum of three (3) years of graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate setting.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint).Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.Portfolio showcasing modern and sophisticated design work.Preferred:Experience with animation (Adobe After Effects) and video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro)
