You will leverage your expertise in ODM, a rule engine, to analyze, model, and automate complex business processes.Responsibilities:Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, ensuring they align with the overall business strategy and objectives.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand complex business processes and identify opportunities for automation.Develop ODM rule-based models to capture and represent business logic.Translate complex business rules into clear and concise ODM rules.Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of ODM models.Design and implement automated workflows using ODM.Integrate ODM models with existing systems and applications.Optimize ODM-based solutions for performance and scalability.Develop test cases and scenarios to validate the accuracy and effectiveness of ODM models.Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve issues.Create comprehensive documentation, including rule specifications, process diagrams, and user guides.Ensure that documentation is clear, concise, and easily understandable by technical and non-technical stakeholders.Provide ongoing maintenance and support for ODM-based systems.Troubleshoot issues and implement necessary updates and enhancements.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of ODM and rule engines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with Java or other programming languages.Knowledge of business process modeling and automation tools.Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
